Identify the unhealthy patterns in your life and the experiences that shaped them.
Pillars emphasized: Emotional Health, Faith & Identity
Purposd coaching is not therapy, advice-giving, or a generic wellness program. It is a structured, faith-centered journey through the patterns, beliefs, and blind spots keeping you stuck — with honest accountability and biblical grounding at every step.
Life coaching is a collaborative process where you and your coach examine where you are, identify what needs to change, and take structured steps toward lasting transformation. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-facing — it starts from today and moves toward who you are becoming.
Purposd coaching layers faith directly into this process. Scripture is not an add-on. Prayer is not ceremonial. Biblical truth is examined alongside your emotional patterns, your relational wounds, and your daily decisions — because real alignment requires all of you.

The Becoming Journey is Purposd’s faith-centered coaching pathway for women who are ready to stop repeating the past and start becoming who God created them to be. It’s an 8-week, 1-on-1 experience that blends coaching, Scripture, and prayer with practical steps you can use in daily life.

Faith & Identity is the foundation that runs through all four stages. The six coaching pillars below are the areas we work in throughout the journey.
Every coaching journey at Purposd is built around these six interconnected areas of life. Together they form the foundation of the Purposd Alignment Method.
Who does God say you are — and do you actually believe it? We examine the gap between what Scripture says about your identity and what your daily life reflects. This pillar establishes the biblical foundation every other area is built on.
Your thoughts shape your decisions, your relationships, and your daily experience. We identify the recurring thought patterns — the lies, the fears, the limiting beliefs — and begin replacing them with truth. This is where lasting behavioral change begins.
Emotions are not the enemy — but unprocessed emotions drive most of our worst decisions. We create space to honestly examine your emotional landscape: what you are carrying, what you are avoiding, and what God wants to meet you in. Emotional health is not weakness — it is wholeness.
Many of the patterns that keep us stuck are relational. We examine the key relationships in your life — family, romantic, friendships, colleagues — and identify what is healthy, what needs boundaries, and where healing is needed. Healthy relationships are not accidental. They are built.
Many people are busy but directionless — working hard without knowing what they are working toward. We clarify your God-given gifts, your values, and what an intentional life actually looks like for you — not a generic version of success, but the specific, purposeful life you were created for.
Who you are becoming is built in daily decisions. We examine your routines, your environment, your physical health habits, and how your daily life either supports or undermines your growth. Alignment is not a destination — it is a daily practice. We build the structures that make it sustainable.
Every Purposd coaching session works within this framework — because healing that only touches one dimension doesn't last.
Many people know biblical truth intellectually but have not applied it to their actual emotional and relational life. In the Spirit dimension, we examine your faith foundation, your prayer life, your sense of identity in Christ, and the beliefs that either ground you or keep you stuck.
The soul is where most people spend the least intentional time — and where most patterns live. In the Soul dimension, we examine your emotional responses, thought patterns, unhealed wounds, limiting beliefs, and the automatic reactions that show up in your relationships and decisions.
What you do with your body affects your spirit and soul — and vice versa. In the Body dimension, we look at how your daily habits, physical environment, sleep, movement, and physical boundaries either support or undermine your growth. Alignment is whole-person, not just emotional or spiritual.
Each session builds on the last. This is not a drop-in experience — it's a guided journey with a clear structure and real momentum.
We begin with an honest assessment. No pretending, no performance. We look at your current patterns, your emotional landscape, and what you actually want to change.
We start separating surface behaviors (fruit) from the root beliefs and wounds underneath them. Nothing is fixed at the surface level — we go deeper.
Who does God say you are? We examine the gap between what Scripture says and what you actually believe about yourself, and we start closing it.
We map your emotional responses — the triggers, the reactions, the patterns you've tried to break and couldn't. You'll start seeing them differently.
We look at the key relationships in your life through the Spirit · Soul · Body lens. Where are they out of alignment? What boundaries need setting? What wounds need acknowledgment?
We examine the practical structures of your life — your daily rhythms, your physical environment, the people and content you consume — and align them with who you're becoming.
You now have clarity. This week we build your personalized action plan — specific, measurable, faith-centered steps — and establish accountability structures.
We review your progress, celebrate your growth, and map the path forward — whether that's continued coaching, maintenance sessions, or stepping out independently.

I know what it feels like to love God and still feel stuck. To keep showing up for everyone else while quietly losing yourself. To carry patterns you cannot seem to break, relationships that drain you, and a version of life that looks fine from the outside — while something inside knows it is not.
I walked through addiction, depression, low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, and seasons where I felt completely disqualified — and I came through them not because I had it all together, but because I finally let God into the real places. That experience is what I bring into every coaching session.
I am not here to give you a script or a five-step formula. I am here to ask you the honest questions, hold space for what is real, and walk alongside you as you do the work of becoming who God already says you are.
